1. How much does the program cost?

  • Full Program: Book all 5 sessions upfront for €250 (a €50 savings).

  • Pay-as-You-Go: Book one session at a time for €60/session.

2. Is this program therapy?
No, this program is not therapy. While it’s designed to help you explore your emotions, beliefs, and behaviors, it focuses on practical tools and strategies for setting boundaries and improving relationships. If you’re currently working with a therapist, this program can complement that work, but it is not a substitute for professional mental health support.

3. How much time do I need to commit?
Each session is 60 minutes, which I'd recommend to be booked once/week or once every 2 weeks . Between sessions, you’ll receive simple, actionable exercises to practice in your daily life. These will take no more than 10–15 minutes a day and are designed to integrate seamlessly into your routine.

4. What if I’m not sure this program is right for me?
That’s okay! If you’re unsure, I encourage you to book a free consultation. During this 30-minute session, we’ll discuss your specific challenges and goals, and I’ll help you decide if this program aligns with your needs. There’s no pressure to commit—this is simply a chance to explore whether it’s the right fit.

5. Is this program flexible?
Yes! While the program has a clear structure, it’s adaptable to your unique needs. If you’ve already worked on boundaries, we can focus on deeper areas like handling pushback or resolving inner conflicts. If boundaries are entirely new to you, we’ll start with the basics and build from there.

6. Will this program help if I’ve struggled with boundaries for years?
Absolutely. Whether boundaries feel completely foreign or you’ve been trying to set them without success, this program is designed to meet you where you are. We’ll work through the deeper fears, beliefs, and habits that keep you stuck, all at a pace that feels manageable and supportive.

7. What kinds of relationships does this program focus on?
This program is for anyone who wants healthier, more balanced relationships—whether at work, in friendships, with family, or even in your relationship with yourself. The tools you’ll learn are universal and can be applied in any area of your life where boundaries are needed.

8. What if I feel guilty about setting boundaries?
Feeling guilty is a common experience, especially if you’ve been taught to prioritize others’ needs over your own. In this program, we’ll explore where that guilt comes from, reframe it as a sign of your care for others, and develop strategies to set boundaries with compassion and confidence.

9. What happens if I miss a session?
If you need to reschedule, simply let me know at least 24 hours in advance, and we’ll find a new time that works for you. Life happens, and I’m here to help you stay on track without added stress.
